I want to thank everyone who called, sent cards and emails regarding Finley. They all meant so much to me. For now, his paw print and remains and favorite well worn bear are on my nightstand.
I guess they'll stay there until it's time to put them elsewhere. I'm going to attend a pet loss support group next week, as I'm having a difficult time with the loss.

New Colors, New Silks!
So much has been happening since we last 'chatted'. The Baltimore market came and went. We released six new cotton colours and four new colours of silk. They've been a big hit with everyone. TRIM! I see them out in the boxes to go out today. FINALLY!!! I'm telling you what, that was a much bigger undertaking than I thought and also as far as the amount of time it took to get in motion. I thank everyone for being so patient! Soon my distributor, Hoffman Distributing Co., will have them as well. I should make mention that Hoffman also carries all of our thread lines as well as special collaborations we do together. They have been my distributor for eight years and counting! I feel very fortunate to have them for a partner. It greatly helps our products reach a greater audience. Just remember, you can order our things from us directly or from Hoffman. Do you see our little white friend popping up out of the chenille. It's a little glittery white penguin one of my employees keeps on her desk.I've also been nominated to the Board of Directors of TNNA, the organization that governs our industry. That will add some extra trips a year, but I'm excited. I have a lot of ideas for counted thread embroidery.
Wherever you are right now, I hope you're comfortable and cool. Fall will be right around the corner and that means it's HOCKEY season! Meg and I are big hockey fans so we are excited this time of year. She's a Pittsburgh Penguin fan and I follow the Phoenix Coyotes. I think Hockey is an exciting game to watch.
